As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Manager of Sales Growth & Partnerships to help expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the future growth of our sales organization.

What You'll Do
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  2. Build relationships with restoration businesses, RV manufacturers, marine builders, distributors, dealers, and specialty vehicle companies.
  3. Expand opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  4. Conduct customer meetings, product overviews, and business reviews.
  5. Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  6. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and customer development activities.
  7. Develop and execute account growth plans.
  8. Provide market intelligence and strategic input to support continued growth initiatives
Compensation & Benefits

Earnings Opportunity
  1. Base Salary: $85,000
  2. On-Target Earnings: $135,000+
  3. Uncapped commission opportunity
  4. Performance-based commission plan tied to growth from both new customer acquisition and existing account expansion

What Successful Candidates Bring
  1. Experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or B2B sales.
  2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  3. A proactive, self-directed approach to prospecting and business development.
  4. Ability to engage decision-makers across multiple functions and levels of an organization.
  5. Curiosity and willingness to learn technical products and applications.
  6. A customer-focused mindset centered on solving problems and creating value.

Experience in automotive restoration, RV, marine, manufacturing, aftermarket parts, industrial products, or distribution is helpful but not required.
