We are seeking polished, service-driven Pool Attendants to deliver an exceptional, five-star poolside experience for our guests. Position Summary The Pool Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the luxury pool environment. This role plays a key part in creating a relaxing, upscale, and memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and providing personalized attention Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with all policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool deck, lounge chairs, cabanas, and restrooms Manage towel service and poolside amenities, ensuring a polished and well-stocked environment Assist guests with food and beverage service to enhance the poolside experience Support poolside events, cabana experiences, and recreational activities Collaborate with Lifeguards, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services teams Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and any emergency situations Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of pool safety standards; CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak season hours Work Environment & Physical Requirements Fast-paced, luxury resort setting Prolonged standing, walking, and light lifting required Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times Why Join Salamander Middleburg Work at a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort Be part of a brand-new, premier pool experience Competitive pay Complimentary meals and uniforms Opportunity to grow within a world-class hospitality team Apply Today If you are passionate about hospitality, guest service, and creating memorable experiences, we invite you to apply and be part of our poolside team for the 2026 season.
