Less than 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting. Description: This is a contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. The shift is overnight, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The unit features 11 beds and provides critical care services. The patient ratios are variable based on census and acuity. Essential skills include IV starts, 12 lead EKGs, and thorough patient assessments. The ideal candidate will be inclusive, helpful, and willing to work as a team. Navy blue scrubs are the required dress code. The unit values teamwork and offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and technology. This position offers guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Candidates with free-standing emergency department experience are preferred. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and skilled nursing team.
