IT Support Specialist

Salary: $127,000 - 167,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a minimum associate degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
• We need intermediate to advanced skills in remote hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• We value a strong background in remote support, Microsoft technologies, Office 365, or similar platforms.
• ITIL Foundation, A+, MCSA/MCSE, CCT/CCNA, or comparable certifications are preferred.
• We are looking for someone who is highly self-sufficient.
• You must be able to work effectively in a banking environment.

• We provide top-tier IT support to our employees across the organization.
• We respond to incoming support incidents through multiple channels, including remote problem solving.
• We coordinate hardware and software support for new hires, terminations, and internal transfers.
• We deliver timely assistance for end-user questions and service requests.
• We document incidents in our service desk system and follow through when issues are escalated.
• We set expectations for resolution times and keep users updated on progress.
• We partner closely with other IT staff to communicate about open issues and user problems.
• We help balance support workloads, establish priorities, and meet deadlines as a team.
• We support standard applications such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, our core banking suite, workstation encryption, spam filtering, and VPN tools.
• We work with escalation teams to resolve complex incidents and special application issues.
• We follow our established security procedures.
• We assist with maintaining IT procedure documentation and our knowledge base.
• We deliver excellent customer service to employees and partners.
• We perform basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory and the Windows environment.
• We complete other assigned projects and duties.
