Event & Night life Security Position

We are seeking professional, reliable Event & Nightlife Security Officers who understand that great security starts with customer service, communication, and de-escalation. Our team works concerts, festivals, private events, and nightlife venues to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers. This role is ideal for individuals who can remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and resolve situations before they escalat[e]. Key Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional security presence at events and nightlife venues
• Greet guests and assist with entry procedures, ID verification, and crowd flow
• Use verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution to address disputes or disturbances
• Monitor crowds, entrances, VIP areas, and restricted zones
• Enforce venue policies while maintaining a respectful and service-oriented approach
• Work closely with event staff, management, and local authorities when necessary
• Respond to incidents, medical situations, or safety concerns quickly and professionally
• Write clear and accurate incident reports when required
