Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• NY State PT License
• Over 1 year of outpatient experience

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 14 weeks
• Shift hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 07:45 AM-03:45 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 10:45 AM-06:45 PM.
• Patient population includes orthopedic, geriatric, and neuro cases.
