Description Licensed Clinician - LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Practice Independently. Never Practice Alone. Location: 100% Remote or Hybrid (Encino, Lancaster, or Riverside) Schedule: Part-Time with the opportunity to transition into Full-Time Compensation: $57-67 per hour (W-2 Employee) You Became Licensed to Focus on Client Care. Practice the Way You Were Trained We remove as many administrative barriers as possible so you can focus on clinical care. Our team manages:
• California residency
• Experience providing psychotherapy services
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, or other evidence-based modalities
• Experience with crisis assessment and mandated reporting
• Previous telehealth experience preferred
• Prior insurance credentialing experience preferred
• Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply For clinicians interested in the hybrid model:
• Ability to commute to our Encino, Lancaster, or Riverside office
• Availability to provide 5-6 in-person sessions during scheduled in-office days

- Scheduling support
- Credentialing and payer enrollment
- Client referrals and intake coordination

- Maintain a minimum average caseload of 13 completed clinical sessions per week (26 per pay period)
- Maintain sufficient appointment availability (16-20 client bookings per week) to support referrals, client continuity, and scheduling needs
- Complete all clinical documentation within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate proactively regarding schedule changes, availability, and planned time off
- Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and timely communication with clients and colleagues
- Participate in consultation and organizational communication as appropriate
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
- Maintain reliable schedules and consistent client availability
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Take ownership of their caseload and professional responsibilities
- Communicate proactively with clients
- Seek consultation when clinically appropriate
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to lifelong learning
