Loan IQ Consultant

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Loan IQ Consultant to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. Job Title: Loan IQ Consultant Position Type: Full-time Job ID: 140971 Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid) Experience: 5+ Years Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, develop, and support solutions on the Finastra Loan IQ platform. Gather and document business requirements for commercial lending, syndicated loans, and agency servicing. Configure Loan IQ modules including:

• Deal Setup
• Interest & Fee Processing
• Payments
• Agency Operations
• Loan Servicing
• Repricing and Rollovers

Perform impact analysis and support production releases. Work closely with business users, operations teams, and stakeholders. Develop and execute test cases (SIT/UAT). Support data migration, upgrades, and platform modernization initiatives. Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Required Skills Strong experience in Finastra Loan IQ. Good understanding of: Commercial Lending, Syndicated Loans, Agency Lending, Loan Lifecycle Management, Interest, Fees, and Payment Processing Experience with SQL and database queries. Knowledge of interfaces and integrations with upstream/downstream banking systems. Experience in requirement analysis, testing, and release management. Preferred Skills Loan IQ upgrade or migration experience. Exposure to API integrations and middleware platforms. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Banking domain certifications. Nice to Have Experience with ACBS, CapitalStream, AFS Vision, or other lending platforms. Exposure to cloud modernization programs and lending transformation initiatives.
