X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist)
Location: Milwaukie, OR 97222
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night | 10:00 PM–8:30 AM
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 3x10 Hours | 30 Hours/Week
Local Candidates: Accepted
Traveler Candidates: Accepted
On-Call: No
Floating: No
Weekends: Required
Pay Range: $50 to 57/hr

Required Qualifications:
- Active ARRT (R) certification — Required
- Oregon Radiologic Technologist license, if applicable
- BLS certification — Required
- Minimum 1 year of recent X-Ray experience — Preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety
- Ability to operate radiographic equipment safely
- Strong patient positioning and image-quality skills
- Epic documentation experience — Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency diagnostic X-Ray examinations
- Position patients appropriately and operate radiographic equipment safely
- Verify patient identity and follow radiation-safety protocols
- Evaluate image quality and submit completed studies to PACS
- Document procedures accurately using Epic
- Monitor and maintain imaging equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized imaging environment
- Provide professional and patient-centered care
- Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards
