Job Title: Product Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Product Assembler, working on a new product line consisting of six stations. Each station involves 2-3 steps in the assembly process, where you will piece together components and secure them using a drill or torque wrench. The final station is dedicated to testing, connecting completed assemblies for a go or no-go test. Upon passing the test, you will package and palletize the finished product. Note that the heaviest item weighs 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components at designated stations.
• Secure assembled parts using a drill or torque wrench.
• Perform testing on completed assemblies at the final station.
• Package and palletize the finished product.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of assembly experience.
• 1 year of experience with drill or torque wrench.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
• Proficiency in navigating an iPad.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical assembly, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience in wiring, crimping, and soldering.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm in an extremely clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled facility. The dress code includes jeans, steel toe boots, and a t-shirt without obscene graphics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
