Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our production team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting all warehouse demands with shipping and warehouse functions as needed to support overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Production Support & Material Flow Stage materials and components for production runs Ensure timely movement of materials between receiving, assembly, and shipping areas Assist in inventory counts related to manufacturing components Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste Shipping & Warehouse Assistance Prepare and package finished goods for outbound shipment according to specifications Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness Assist with labeling, palletizing, and staging outbound orders Support receiving and inspection of incoming materials when needed Workplace Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment Follow all safety protocols and proper equipment usage guidelines Participate in routine cleanup, equipment care, and workspace organization Contribute to a team-focused, efficient manufacturing environment Qualifications Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60+ lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to assist in shipping and warehouse functions as needed Working Conditions Hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion Standard working hours with potential overtime based on production demands The pay range for this role is: 16 - 18 USD per hour (Utah) 16 - 18 USD per hour (Farmers Branch, TX) #J-18808-Ljbffr
