WinChoice is looking for a Community Impact Representative to build meaningful partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local leaders throughout Arkansas.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, making connections, and becoming a trusted resource within the communities they serve. You’ll introduce organizations to the WinChoice Community Impact program, develop long-term partnerships, and help create opportunities that provide value to both our community partners and WinChoice.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, school districts, community organizations, businesses, and key decision-makers throughout Arkansas.
• Identify and develop new Community Impact partnerships aligned with WinChoice’s goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partnerships, keeping relationships active, supported, and productive.
• Educate potential and existing partners about the WinChoice Community Impact program.
• Develop a statewide network through referrals, networking, community involvement, and in-person outreach.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing partnerships.
• Maintain WinChoice-approved marketing materials at active partner locations.
• Track contacts, partnership activity, opportunities, and follow-up in WinChoice systems.
• Manage your own travel, scheduling, follow-up, and daily activities while meeting established expectations.
• Represent WinChoice professionally and build a positive reputation within the communities you serve.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 

Required:

• Experience building and maintaining professional or community relationships.
• Experience working directly with people in a professional, educational, nonprofit, business, community, or organizational setting.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable introducing yourself, starting conversations, and developing relationships with people you don't already know.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand the needs and priorities of others.
• Excellent follow-through and relationship-management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Professional appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Dependable, responsive, and organized.
• Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic digital communication tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Arkansas.
• Ability to represent WinChoice professionally and uphold our reputation and values.

Preferred:

• Existing relationships or a strong professional/community network within Arkansas.
• Experience working with schools, school districts, nonprofits, businesses, civic groups, or community organizations.
• Experience in community engagement, fundraising, business development, recruiting, public relations, education, networking, or relationship management.
• Experience speaking to groups or presenting programs to organizations.
• Experience using CRM or relationship-management software.
• Experience developing partnerships or referral networks.
• Understanding of how schools, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations operate.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities independently.
• Experience maintaining long-term client, community, or organizational relationships.

The successful candidate will be someone who can walk into a room, build genuine connections, and turn those connections into long-term relationships. You should be comfortable working independently, managing a statewide territory, staying organized, and consistently following through with the people and organizations you serve.
