Rx Automation Knowledge Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks a Knowledge Manager to oversee the Rx Automation pharmacy support knowledge program. The role combines program execution, team leadership, and continuous improvement to enhance technical support quality, associate readiness, and customer experience across remote support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of the Rx Automation knowledge management program, including roadmaps and governance routines
• Lead and develop a small knowledge-focused team with potential for scaling responsibilities
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting articles, decision trees, workflows, and technical reference materials
• Create adoption plans and training materials to support consistent knowledge resource use and associate readiness
• Monitor knowledge health dashboards, utilization metrics, content aging, and improvement progress to inform prioritization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in project management, process improvement, support operations, or technical support
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated facilitation and informal leadership capabilities
• Experience measuring program health, success criteria, and benefit realization
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours as needed
