This position offers the opportunity to expand your welding and fabrication skills while working on unique architectural projects from start to finish.What You'll Do:Fabricate, fit, assemble, and TIG weld custom stainless steel handrail systems according to detailed blueprints and project specifications.Read and interpret shop drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.Measure, layout, cut, and prepare materials using tape measures and fabrication tools with a high level of precision.Operate a variety of metalworking equipment including saws, drill presses, punch presses, benders, brakes, grinders, and polishers.Produce high-quality TIG welds on stainless steel in both horizontal and vertical positions while maintaining quality standards.Grind, polish, and finish materials to meet customer and project requirements for appearance and functionality.Perform quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet specifications and company standards.What We're Looking For:Previous TIG welding and fabrication experience, preferably with stainless steel.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings.Strong measuring and layout skills.Comfortable working in multiple departments, including welding, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Why Join Us?Stable Monday-Friday first-shift schedule.Competitive pay based on experience.Opportunity to work on custom, high-end fabrication projects.Cross-training and skill development across multiple areas of manufacturing.Team-oriented environment where employees are encouraged to grow and develop their craft.If you're ready to bring your welding and fabrication experience to a company that values craftsmanship and career growth, apply today!Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBIA, PA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
