Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for an experienced Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist to support a closed-door long-term care facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while overseeing pharmacy technicians in a fast-paced environment averaging 600 prescriptions per day.
Location: Foxborough, Massachusetts
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
- Rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software (training provided)
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow and safety standards
- Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with regulations and facility protocols
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing
- Pharmacy experience with a track record of working efficiently in high-volume settings
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and software systems
