Registered Nurse (RN) – LDRP

Location: Moses Lake, Washington
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Pay Rate: $68.00 - $76.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Variable Days & Nights
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
Hours: 36 Hours Weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care throughout Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum services. The ideal candidate will possess strong maternal-child nursing skills, excellent clinical judgment, and the flexibility to work both day and night shifts while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License

• Current BLS Certification

• Current ACLS Certification

• Current NRP Certification

• Recent LDRP experience required

• Strong maternal and newborn assessment skills

• Excellent critical thinking and clinical decision-making abilities

• Ability to work both day and night shifts

Responsibilities

• Manage patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care

• Monitor maternal and newborn health status

• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries

• Provide patient education and discharge planning

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Respond to obstetric and neonatal emergencies

• Complete timely and accurate documentation

• Maintain compliance with patient safety and quality standards
