Case Manager II - Homeless Services with Flexible Hours

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager II to provide professional intervention to clients at risk of homelessness and homeless clients through comprehensive support services, including assessment, intake, crisis intervention, information and referral, and long‑term case management.
