You are a digital innovator and multimedia enthusiast who loves crafting seamless online learning experiences.
- Interactive Storyteller: You utilize authoring systems, video, and simulations to turn static content into dynamic e-learning modules.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: You evaluate partially completed courses and recommend enhancements to produce high-impact learning assets.
- Accessibility-Minded: You build digital solutions with user accessibility and LMS integration at the forefront.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with Instructional Design & Technology Certification / Online Learning Professional Certification (or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in online course development and multimedia production.
- Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Experience with SCORM/AICC compliance and integrating content into federal LMS platforms.
- Background in video/multimedia presentation and distance learning methodologies.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.
