Senior Power Platform Developer

Salary: $187,200 - 187,200 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience with Microsoft development technologies, including .NET and Azure.
• We require 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience, including advanced Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• We expect strong experience building custom connectors, plug-ins, and integrations with C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• We expect a solid understanding of Dataverse/CDS, relational data modeling, and security roles.
• We require experience deploying solutions using ALM best practices, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• We expect strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and Azure API Management.
• We value excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure are highly desirable.

• Design and develop scalable applications with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Extend platform capabilities using custom connectors, Azure Functions, C# plug-ins, and JavaScript.
• Lead integrations with external systems through APIs, Dataverse, Azure Service Bus, and Logic Apps.
• Improve existing Power Platform solutions, applying best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Take part in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical design and architecture decisions.
