Clinical Supervisor - RN Hybrid

Overview Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Nurse Supervisor. This role leads, teaches, and mentors staff to ensure high‑quality clinical care for clients at home. About the Role This is an administrative and field‑based position. Internally, the supervisor handles case management, patient intake, discharge to home, the start‑of‑care process, and nurse competency validation. Field work includes mentoring field staff in patient homes. Work Location Indianapolis, IN – branch office with in‑home visits and a potential hybrid schedule depending on branch needs.
