Cook Position
To assist the kitchen manager in the total operation of the cafeteria program, the cook shall carry out the following tasks:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner.
- Assist in the responsibility for determining that during meal service periods the supply of foods offered are replenished regularly.
- Assist in the daily clean up of the kitchen and service areas.
- Assist in the responsibility for storage and disposal of unused foods.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
