Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm a graduate of Valdosta State University, a lifelong resident of the Middle Georgia area, married with two children, and enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and baseball. Being involved in our community is important to me. Our agency actively participates in two to three local events each month, and we enjoy building relationships while supporting the downtown community we proudly serve. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, a flexible work environment, professional development opportunities, and regular team-building events. I'm committed to investing in my team's success and creating opportunities for personal and professional growth. ROLE DESCRIPTION As an Account Manager for Ryan Mosley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
