Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Peak Social Worker Center, your expertise will be utilized in a range of impactful tasks, including:

- Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources. \n
- Delivering individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices. \n
- Implementing tailored therapeutic interventions, applying cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused approaches, or trauma-informed care methodologies. \n
- Designing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear goals, and strategically monitoring progress. \n
- Coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes. \n
- Providing crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary. \n
- Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies. \n
Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with various mental health issues. You will engage with clients seeking support for life transitions, relationship challenges, behavioral disorders, and trauma histories, providing a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship that empowers them through their journeys.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for the position of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, applicants must possess:

- A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in providing therapy. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred. \n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, or specialization in trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote therapy platforms will also be considered a plus.
Compensation and Benefits\nPeak Social Worker Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
