In this role, you will shape design by defining product strategy, conceptualizing ecosystems that mitigate complexity, and inspiring teams. As a UX leader, you will mentor a team helping them achieve their potential while creating simple experiences from complex workflows. Responsibilities Act as a key influencer for user experiences, aligning product and business goals with innovative, user-focused solutions. Guide and develop a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Lead the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Manage the entire UX process from concept to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and positive user experiences. Build a culture of rapid exploration, prototyping and iteration cycles. Provide clear hypotheses for the team’s work, measure results, and adapt based on insights. Lead ongoing enhancements in design through user testing and stakeholder collaboration, providing expert guidance to achieve product success.
