Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention
• Document progress accurately to track recovery milestones

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or compact eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and hit the ground running

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation best practices
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
