Position Overview
We are seeking a District-Wide School Psychologist to support a school district in Newark, New York. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a school psychologist who enjoys working across multiple school buildings and collaborating with a variety of educational teams to support students throughout the district.
Job Responsibilities
Provide school psychology services across the district as needed
Conduct comprehensive psychological and special education evaluations
Complete evaluation reports and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Provide recommendations based on assessment results
Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Assist with development and implementation of appropriate interventions and supports

Qualifications
Valid New York State School Psychologist certification
School-based experience preferred
Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple school buildings and as part of multidisciplinary teams
