Café 257 is seeking professional, hospitality-driven Baristas to join our opening team inside Genesee Towers in downtown Buffalo. We are building a café experience centered on quality, efficiency, and consistency — serving office professionals in a polished, fast-paced environment. We are looking for team members who take pride in craft, presentation, and guest experience. Position Overview The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized café environment, and delivering professional, friendly service to building tenants and guests. This is a morning-focused position in a structured, professional setting.
