Full-Time Nicu Rn Nurse Manager

Gulfstream Staffing has partnered with a Houston Healthcare Organization that is experiencing a rapid growth phase. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Nicu Rn Nurse Manager. This organization has a leadership team of visionaries among the best in the business and a focus on a commitment to quality service to its patients.

The Nicu Rn Nurse Manager supports the Director in overseeing daily operations, clinical quality, and staff performance within the Nicu. This role promotes high-quality, patient-centered nursing care through effective leadership, continuous performance improvement, and ongoing evaluation of clinical practices. The Nurse Manager provides hands-on clinical and operational support to the nursing team and assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care across Women's Services units.

Key Responsibilities

• Support departmental operations in alignment with hospital mission, vision, and values
• Assist with performance improvement and quality initiatives
• Ensure nursing care follows the nursing process and quality standards
• Provide clinical leadership and support to Nicu nursing staff
• Assist with staffing, planning, and evaluation of patient care

Qualifications

• 2+ years Nicu experience required
• Recent (within 1 year) acute care Nicu leadership experience (Level III or IV required)
• 2+ years management or Charge Nurse experience
• BSN required
• Active Texas RN license or compact license (TX license within 60 days if compact)
• BLS (AHA) required

Hourly & Benefits:
