Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities: Parrot Bay Pools is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive operations in the Central and Eastern NC location including project management and permitting. This person will oversee daily construction operations and client communication. As an ideal candidate, you shall have a sharp mind for business and proven success in leadership and supervisory skills. You serve as a representative of our team, so it is crucial that you carry out your responsibilities in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures. Again, your demonstrated leadership and initiative is imperative for this position, as well as having interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. As a great leader you should be well organized and have excellent time management skills, you should be a self-starter. Objectives of this role include constant communication with upper management, staff, subs, and clients to ensure proper operations. Responsibilities: Planning, organizing, and evaluating the construction project according to the assigned schedule and given specifications. Makes sure that all the cost and production targets are achieved Manage relationships with key operations vendors Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment Serve as primary point of contact when there are any customer issues Must be able to answer questions for any job site Budgeting and Expense Reports Production Safety Direct Customer Relations Sales Project Initiation Project Completion Project Handover Must have a working knowledge of Estimating Duties Vet subcontractors and suppliers Pre-construction and Organization Project Scheduling Project specification and detail confirmation Change order coordination Superintendent coordination Project timeline and budget Client walkthroughs Setting and checking heights and grades of pools Material ordering ****Must have extensive knowledge of pools and construction**** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Benson, NC 27504 #J-18808-Ljbffr
