Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history documentation. Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient assessments and differential diagnoses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide interventional pain support. Utilize evidence-based practices in chronic pain management to improve patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques. Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in the patient’s medical record, maintaining a high level of accuracy and timeliness. Promote patient wellness by providing preventive healthcare and disease prevention services. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in chronic pain management. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid Nurse Practitioner license. A minimum of 2 years' experience in advanced practice nursing. Extensive experience in chronic pain management and interventional pain support. Exceptional patient assessment skills, with the ability to perform thorough physical exams and accurately document medical history. Proficient in differential diagnosis and treatment planning. Strong knowledge of H&P documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mentality. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
