What you'll work on: Complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration Contract and lease disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and unfair competition matters Lender liability, fair credit reporting, real estate, and construction litigation Class action defense and complex multi-party commercial disputes Discovery management — drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions Taking and defending depositions Arbitration and mediation proceedings — pre-arbitration strategy through award enforcement Legal research, briefs, memoranda, and substantive filings Direct client relationship development and case strategy ownership Looking for: California Bar admission Commercial or business litigation experience Open to 2nd year to Of Counsel You should know some of the following: Commercial Litigation Business Litigation Contract Disputes Class Action Defense Shareholder Disputes Partnership Disputes Corporate Governance Litigation Unfair Competition Lender Liability International Arbitration Domestic Arbitration & Mediation Motion Practice Federal & State Court Litigation Interested in hearing more?
