Who we’re looking for Forge Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have experience treating clients with substance‑use disorders as well as general psychiatric disorders. The position is part‑time (up to 20 hours/week), and typical compensation is $75–90 per hour, depending on experience. What you’ll be doing Provide psychiatric care, including admission evaluations, follow‑ups, urgent and emergent consultations for general psychiatry and substance‑use disorder. Consult with non‑prescribing mental health staff and medical staff about diagnosis, treatment and the need for psychiatric medication. Participate in team meetings with treatment staff. Contribute to creation and review of individual treatment plans. Document all activities in the electronic medical record in a timely, concise, and clear manner. How we define success 2+ years experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Valid New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license and current American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) PMHNP certification. Current DEA number. The package Competitive salary aligned with experience.
