Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and manage pain
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes
• Bring your expertise to a skilled nursing facility and make a real difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or compact eligibility)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a new environment quickly

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in evaluating and treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Proficient in using therapy equipment and modalities
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent patient education and motivational skills
