You will engage with clients, assess their housing needs, and conduct property tours, showcasing available units. Expect to manage inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits while providing personalized service that emphasizes customer satisfaction.Your day-to-day tasks also include preparing leasing documentation, following up with prospective residents, and assisting with the overall organization of the leasing office. You will collaborate with your team to address resident concerns and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
