Operations Coordinator

Administrative Support III We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support III professional to join a Global Logistics team supporting cross-border import operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, managing high-volume administrative processes, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Location: Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite 5 Days/Week) Duration: 7-Month Contract (Potential for Conversion) Pay Range: $20/hr - $21/hr Key Responsibilities Manage and track a high volume of operational cases, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Process repair claims and support shipment issue resolution. Coordinate escalations for containers held in customs and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners through email and internal systems. Analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources to support operational decision-making. Create reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other Office applications. Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with operational projects. Maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment. Required Qualifications 24+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles. Advanced Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management and organizational. Preferred Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, import/export, or freight operations. Experience working in a large or global organization.
