The Specialist will lead sales efforts for the bag division—including FIBC/bulk bags, woven polypropylene bags, BOPP, paper bags, and sandbag product lines—with the opportunity to sell a broad range of products. This field-based position is accountable for driving sales growth through prospecting, customer meetings, rekindling business, and managing the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate utilizes a solutions-based sales approach, develops territory and industry strategies, and actively manages the opportunity funnel. The Industrial Bag Sales Packaging Specialist is a full-time position located in Champlin, MN.Industrial Bag Sales Packaging Specialist Job Responsibilities: Lead sales efforts for growing the sale of bulk bags and the entire industrial bag and packaging lines Conduct customer visits, assess needs, develop proposals, and deliver presentations focused on acquiring targeted accounts Manage the full sales process from prospecting through closing while achieving sales targets Develop and maintain a healthy bulk bag pipeline using CRM systems, industry connections, and strategic prospecting Lead contract and pricing negotiations with clients to maximize profitability and manage the division budget Align value-based solutions with client growth objectives by gaining a deep understanding of their business Maintain comprehensive industry and product knowledge by attending trade shows, conventions, seminars, and regular sales meetings Identify prospective clients using e-sources, business directories, industry ads, websites, and trade publicationsIndustrial Bag Sales Packaging Specialist Job Requirements & Working Conditions: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Preferred 3+ Years of Outbound Sales Experience Required Prior Experience with FIBCs, Industrial Packaging, Equipment, or End-of-Line Automation Preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM Software Strong Command of Sales Methodologies (Consultative, Solution, and Value-Based Selling) Proven Track Record of Sales Accomplishments with a Strong Desire to Prospect and Win New Business Valid Driver's License and Ability to Travel Extensively Required Strong Technical Aptitude, Interpersonal Communication, and Mathematical Calculation SkillsPrideStaff Hiring Requirements: Must be 18+ Years Old Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.Enhance your career with a full-time job, with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors.
