Clinic Advisor (Training Provided)

Overview Petco is seeking a Vetco Customer Service Team member to support clinics and pet owners. You will meet your team at the local dispatch office, travel to assigned Petco clinic locations, greet pet parents, and recommend the services that will best protect their pets. The Customer Service Team will assist the Veterinarian so the services can be administered and thank the pet parent for protecting their pet with Vetco. Responsibilities Must love dogs and cats… and people too. Team player who thrives on supporting the team in every way. Make good recommendations to our clients and provide exceptional customer service. Work hard and have fun doing it. Eager to learn. Ability to work in changing environments, traveling throughout the market. Responsible and accountable individuals with a can-do attitude. Salary Range Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00. The pay ranges are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. Actual pay depends on position, location, experience, and applicable minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum in the pay range, the regulatory minimum wage applies.
