As a Customer Relations Representative with Lindsey Wilson Gosser State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Compensation: $12.00 - $13.15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Be the first on the phones and to greet customers in person as they come into the office.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to get customers to the correct department for servicing.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

About Our Agency

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in the old UK Extension Building next to Hardee's on Hwy 127 in Russell Springs.
• Our office is open M-F 8:30-5.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and New Agent Program Qualifier
