What You'll DoAs an Unarmed Security Professional, you'll serve as a visible and trusted presence while helping maintain safe and secure environments for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine patrols of assigned properties
- Monitoring facilities and reporting suspicious activity
- Enforcing access control procedures
- Verifying visitor and employee credentials
- Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Completing detailed incident and activity reports
- Maintaining awareness of site-specific security concerns
- Monitoring security equipment and reporting concerns
- Assisting with investigations when necessary
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
- Maintaining a professional presence at all times

Required Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security experience
- Patrol or surveillance experience
- Knowledge of access control procedures
- Experience handling incidents or emergency situations
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required)
- Customer service, hospitality, retail management, military, or public-facing experience
