Training Program:

Duration: Two weeks (10 business days)

Schedule: Two 90-minute sessions per day

Outcome: By the end of the program, you will be fully trained and ready to start your new sales job.

Onboarding Completion: Your salary will start once you complete the training.

Training Graduation Bonus: Receive a $500 bonus when you show up for your first day on the job after completing the training.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to discuss pre-need arrangements.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each family's unique requirements.

Present and explain available pre-need options and packages with empathy and professionalism.

Utilize strong selling and closing skills to guide families towards making informed decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless coordination of pre-need arrangements.

Job Requirements:

Previous industry experience preferred with an active Life Insurance License.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with people from all walks of life.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
