We are seeking a detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator & Industrial Sewer to join our production team. This roll is responsible for operating industrial sewing and cutting equipment to manufacture products according to specifications and quality standards. Duties include cutting and sewing materials, inspecting products for quality, maintaining a clean work area, and handling finished goods. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship while working in a steady-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

· Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish products accurately and efficiently.

· Understand Gerber cutting technology

· Read and follow work orders, patterns, diagrams, and production instructions.

· Inspect materials and completed pieces for quality, consistency, and defects.

· Adjust machine settings, thread, tension, and stitching techniques as needed.

· Maintain productivity while meeting established deadlines and quality standards.

· Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety procedures.

Qualifications

· Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines or working in a sewing production environment preferred.

· Basic understanding of sewing techniques, and product assembly.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing very high-quality work.

Pay: Starting at $25 or more per hour based off skill and experience

Work Environment

The work environment is amazing for a manufacture setting. Full exterior windows while working on a second balcony mezzanine. The roll requires repetitive work, but the setting is open and well lit. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
