The culture emphasizes motivation, safety, effectiveness, and patient-centered care. Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Grafton, MA. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver one-to-one care using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans, documenting care accurately, and collaborating with other clinical team members to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also involves educating patients about their conditions, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention and long-term wellness. Participation in continuing education and adherence to clinic protocols and best practices are expected. Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program. Clinical skills in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercise prescription. Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals and safe, effective rehabilitation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for one-to-one patient care, education, and collaboration with clinical staff. Detail-oriented documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical compliance standards. Commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education and evidence-based practice.
