Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• PT license in state of AR
• CPR certification

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1600
• Shift Days: Monday-Friday
• No on-call or weekend requirement

Location Highlights

Salem, Arkansas offers access to the Ozark foothills and a quieter lifestyle in north-central Arkansas. The town is about 20 miles from Mammoth Spring State Park, where travelers can visit one of the state’s large springs and the historic Frisco Depot Museum. Norfork Lake is roughly 35 miles away and provides boating, fishing, and shoreline recreation, while the surrounding region supports a rural pace with scenic driving routes and access to outdoor recreation. Salem is also within driving distance of the White River corridor, a noted destination for trout fishing and float trips, and U.S. Highway 62 provides regional access through this part of the state.
