As part of a comprehensive healthcare management services organization, this position combines **clinical support with patient-centered service**, ensuring a smooth and elevated experience in a fast-paced, high-end medical setting.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about skin health and aesthetics. You'll work closely with our providers to assist during **general dermatology and cosmetic procedures**, manage clinical flow, and contribute to a supportive, welcoming environment for both patients and team members.**Minimum Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Completion of a Medical Assistant training program* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential**Preferred Qualifications:*** **Previous experience in dermatology or aesthetics strongly preferred*** Proficiency with **electronic health record (EHR) systems*** Bilingual (preferred) - ability to communicate with a diverse patient population* Strong interest in skin health, cosmetic treatments, and patient education**Responsibilities:*** Greet and prepare patients for **dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures*** Take **vital signs**, review medical histories, and update patient charts in the EHR system* Assist providers with procedures such as **skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, suture removal**, and **aesthetic services (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables)*** Perform **phlebotomy and specimen collection** following sterilization and safety protocols* Maintain exam rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for patient care* Support front desk operations as needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments* **Travel between assigned practice locations** as needed to provide coverage* Deliver a **concierge-level patient experience** from start to finish**Travel Requirements:*** Reliable transportation required for travel between designated practice locations**Locations Required:**Tuesday-Toms RiverWednesday- NeptuneThursday- LakewoodFriday-Galloway/Manahawkin**Key Skills:*** Proficient in medical assisting, including **phlebotomy, vital signs, and specimen processing*** Familiarity with dermatology instruments and procedures* Strong knowledge of **sterilization techniques and clinical safety standards*** Excellent **communication, organizational, and time management skills*** Experience with **EHR systems**, patient documentation, and scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr Skinandaesthetic
