Overview:

A financial services organization is seeking a customer-focused professional to join a high-volume client support team handling inbound inquiries. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working across multiple systems while maintaining an engaging and professional phone presence. Prior financial services experience is helpful but not required, making strong call center and customer service experience particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while delivering professional, solutions-oriented customer service.

• Assist clients with routine account and service requests, including login credentials and contact information updates.
\n
• Accurately document customer interactions and actions taken while remaining engaged on the call.
\n
• Research client questions and service issues using established policies, procedures, and available resources.
\n
• Identify the appropriate resolution for customer requests while following company guidelines.
\n
• Coordinate with internal departments when issues require additional research or specialized support.
\n
• Clearly explain procedures, solutions, and next steps to clients.
\n
• Follow up with customers by phone or in writing when additional communication is required.
\n
• Handle complaints and service concerns professionally while working toward satisfactory resolutions.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation across multiple systems throughout the customer interaction.
