What you’ll actually be doing: Performing general labor tasks on active construction jobsites Jobsite cleanup, organization, and material handling Assisting with demolition and site prep Supporting carpenters and other trades as needed Following all safety procedures and identifying hazards Taking direction from Superintendents and field leadership What we’re looking for: Laborer experience (journeyman level preferred) 3+ years of construction experience Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all conditions Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 30 certification preferred About McGrath: McGrath & Associates, Inc. is a St. Louis-based Design/Build Construction Manager and General Contractor with over 40 years of experience.
