1. POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides hospital employed urology services within an established and expanding practice. The role includes joining a team of urology physicians and advanced practice providers in a growing clinical environment.

2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care
• Perform urologic surgical procedures
• Conduct evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing management
• Participate in call rotation as assigned
• Collaborate with urology physicians, advanced practice providers, and multispecialty colleagues
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives

9. SCHEDULE & CALL REQUIREMENTS

• Standard clinical hours with shared call responsibilities
• Call rotation included

10. REPORTING STRUCTURE

This position reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with urology and multispecialty teams across the organization.
