Client Service Representative (Hybrid)

Position Overview We are seeking a Client Services Representative to support Producers and Account Managers by delivering responsive, high-quality service to clients. This role serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day policy servicing, claims support, and account maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing a seamless client experience. Work Arrangement This is a full‑time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Southport, NC. Professional Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing assistance with billing, coverage questions, and general service needs. Manage the full policy servicing lifecycle, including endorsements, renewals, updates, and documentation within the agency management system. Review renewal documents and monitor expiration reports to ensure coverage accuracy and continuity. Assist with claims reporting, track claim progress, and communicate updates between clients and carriers. Process client payments and follow up on past‑due accounts to prevent policy cancellations. Collaborate with Producers and Account Managers to support new and renewal business activities. Communicate with carriers and underwriters to process requests, confirm policy changes, and resolve issues. Maintain accurate and organized client records, including certificates of insurance and policy documentation. Qualifications and Requirements Experience in customer service, administrative support, or account servicing, preferably within the insurance industry. Familiarity with commercial and/or personal lines insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing processes. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑focused approach. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
