The firm focuses on value-add and development opportunities in industrial and multifamily sectors across Texas, the Southeast, and the Mountain West, with over $300 million in dry powder.Responsibilities: source and structure acquisitions via proprietary channels and broker networks; underwrite deals and build financial models in Excel and Argus Enterprise; lead transactions end-to-end (screening through closing); manage industrial assets including leasing, CapEx, and vendor oversight.The role offers a competitive base, performance bonus, and co-investment opportunity.
