Practice Details: Practice highlights mix of sports and general ortho. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Shared call rotation: 1:8 for ortho urgent care and after-hours call. APP supported call. Typical week may include: 2-3 clinic days with 20-25 patients per full clinic day, 2 OR days at Black Hills Surgical Hospital, block schedule available. Mixed inpatient and outpatient care. Clinical focus: diagnose and treat acute and chronic MS injuries. Arthroscopic procedures (knee, shoulder) and sports-related injuries. Injury prevention. General orthopedic care across all age groups. Team-based care: collaboration with advanced practice, physical therapists, athletic trainers and primary care. Strong referral network in a growing market with planned opening of a Level III hospital in 2030.
